Limit Juice Intake- Parents often give their children juice to drink throughout the day without realizing it contains a lot of sugar. If a child is drinking sugary beverages like juice or soda, it can lead to tooth decay.

Daily Brushing and Flossing- Adults are not the only ones that need to floss and brush teeth every day. Teaching your child to brush and floss their teeth every day will help them stick to this routine as an adult. This daily routine will become second nature to your child and it will help keep their teeth healthy.

Regular Dental Checkups- We recommend bringing your little one in for their first dental appointment before they turn three because their mouth has fully formed by then. After their initial dental appointment, you can schedule their dental checkups every six months.
